About the Seminar
Conflict is unavoidable—but how we respond to it can change everything.
Whether you're communicating with a spouse, child, coworker, employee, customer, or friend, difficult conversations often become emotional because we were never taught the skills to navigate them effectively.
In this engaging three-hour seminar, you'll learn practical communication strategies drawn from more than 25 years in policing and 16 years as a crisis negotiator. These are the same principles used to de-escalate high-stress situations, adapted for everyday life.
This seminar isn't about manipulation or memorizing scripts. It's about understanding people, communicating with purpose, and building stronger relationships through better conversations.
You'll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
What You'll Learn
✔ Why conflict escalates—and how to recognize it before it boils over
✔ How fear, stress, and emotion influence behaviour
✔ The Iceberg Model: understanding what's really driving behaviour
