Control yourself, Influence everything else.

Meet Jason

For the past 25 years, I’ve worked as a police officer with the Saskatoon Police Service, and for over 15 of those years, I’ve been a crisis negotiator and communication instructor. I’ve spent a lot of time in conversations where emotions are high, trust is low, and the stakes are real.

What I’ve learned is this: the way we communicate matters more than we think — not just in crisis situations, but at home, at work, and in everyday life.

Everything I share comes from real experience. Not theory. Not scripts. Just what actually works when people are upset, resistant, or struggling to make decisions.

If you’re a parent, professional, or leader trying to handle difficult conversations better — that’s exactly who this is for.

What Sets Us Apart

Real-World Communication

This isn’t theory. These principles come from real conversations where emotions are high, resistance is real, and the outcome matters. What works in crisis works in life.

Understanding Before Influence

People don’t resist because they’re difficult—they resist because they don’t feel understood. We focus on how people think, feel, and decide so you can communicate in a way that actually lands.

Control Creates Influence

The person who manages themselves best has the most influence. We teach you how to regulate your emotions, control your delivery, and guide conversations without force.
